AIMIM Leader Waris Pathan Opposes High Court Verdict in Bhojshala-Kamal Maula Mosque Dispute

AIMIM leader Waris Pathan has expressed disagreement with the Madhya Pradesh High Court Indore Bench verdict regarding the Bhojshala Temple-Kamal Maula Mosque complex dispute. He stated that the judgment allegedly overlooked important aspects of the Places of Worship Act, 1991, which protects the religious character of places of worship as they existed on August 15, 1947. Pathan questioned the restriction on Friday prayers at the site and compared the matter to the Babri Masjid case, where alternative land was provided. He said the verdict would be challenged in the Supreme Court and expressed hope for justice.
