A comprehensive SIR Enumeration Form Training Programme was organised by Malvani NGOs and Citizens Forum on July 10, 2026, at MHB Colony, Malvani, Malad, Mumbai. The programme was held to educate citizens, volunteers, booth representatives and social workers on the correct procedure for completing the SIR Enumeration Form and the voter verification process.
The training featured a detailed lecture explaining the step-by-step procedure for filling the SIR Enumeration Form accurately. Election experts guided participants on mandatory documentation, EPIC (Voter ID), Aadhaar, family and relationship details, 2002 electoral roll mapping, BLO (Booth Level Officer) verification guidelines, common mistakes to avoid, and the correct method of submitting the form.
An interactive Question & Answer session was also conducted, during which members of the public raised queries related to voter verification, required documents, family details, EPIC, Aadhaar, BLO verification, and the submission process. Election experts responded to each query in detail, helping participants understand the process and resolve their doubts.
The organisers stated that the programme was aimed at increasing voter awareness, ensuring the accurate completion of SIR Enumeration Forms, and strengthening the quality of electoral records. Participants were encouraged to verify all information carefully and submit complete and accurate forms to avoid delays or discrepancies during the verification process.
