Mumbai: Student Groups Clash In Malad; One Injured In Altercation Over Bike Parking
A fight broke out between two Groups of students near Durgadevi Saraf College in Malad West at around 5 p.m. on Saturday.
According to sources, during the altercation, a student named Aditya Nishad was severely beaten by some college students as well as 6-7 outsiders.
Aditya, who sustained injuries from punches, kicks, and blows, was admitted to a nearby hospital for treatment. His condition is currently stable.
Based on Aditya's statement, the case registration is in progress by the Malad police.
According to sources, the fight between the two groups was over bike parking.
A Police team visited the scene and assured that they would identify those responsible for the assault and take strict action against them.
However, a formal Complaint has also been filed by the other Group.
Sources reveal that the police had received complaints against the accused party earlier.
