दिनांक 4 अप्रैल रविवार सुबह में मालवानी गेट नंबर 7 पर सेल्फी प्वाइंट का उद्घाटन उत्तर मुंबई के जिलाध्यक्ष कालू बुधेलिया और श्रीमती सलमा अलमेलकर ने अपने शुभ हाथों से किया! हालांकि इसका उद्घाटन महाराष्ट्र के कैबिनेट कैबिनेट मंत्री श्री असलम शेख जी के हाथों से होना था लेकिन वह किसी कारण नहीं आ पाए!

करोना जैसी महामारी को देखते हुए काफी कम लोग आए थे और काफी कम लोग मौजूद थे! सरकार के नियमों का पालन करते हुए सभी लोगों ने मास लगाया हुआ था सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का ध्यान रखते हुए सेल्फी प्वाइंट रोड का उद्घाटन किया गया
