Ten Persons Were killed and at least 20 others are feared trapped after a three-storey building collapsed in Bhiwandi area of Thane district early on Monday.
The Gilani Building, Situated at Patel Compound of Narpoli Near Dhamankar Naka, Collapsed at Around 3.40 am, while the Residents were asleep.
The Bhiwandi Municipal Corporation had Twice Earlier served the Residents of the Building a notice to vacate the Property as it was in a dangerous Condition.
Around 20 Persons were Rescued by the Locals.
A Team of NDRF Personnel are on the spot and rescue operations are underway.
A Child was also pulled from the debris and was Rushed to a Nearby Hospital.

Personnel of the Thane Disaster Response Force (TDRF) were seen pulling out a child from the Debris and feeding him Water.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has Expressed anguish over the Building Collapse and said all Possible assistance is being Provided to the Affected.
